And this is Diane’s Husband
 Larry Ziemski

Larry Ziemski lives in Little Rock with his wife, Diane.  He was raised in Baltimore, Maryland and is now a retired Major, and Department of the Army Civilian [DAC] from the U.S. Army. Larry was most recently stationed at the National Guard Bureau’s Professional Education Center at Camp Robinson, North Little Rock, Arkansas.

Since retiring, for the SECOND TIME, he has turned his hobby of glass into a ‘love my job’ hobby.  Larry creates stained glass pieces of all sizes. He has made double front doors down to small window hangings.  He has recently turned his glass interest to another facet, and has begun making kiln formed glass pieces - bowls, vases, plates and hangings are just some of his creations.  He uses all varieties of glass and incorporates many found objects.  Most of his stained glass works are through commissions, since everyone is looking for something specific.

His works have been on display at galleries in Little Rock, North Little Rock, and Helena.

Larry had an exhibit of his kiln formed glass at the Delta Cultural Center in Helena, Arkansas. The Delta Cultural Center is part of the Arkansas Department of Heritage.

His originals are in collections in Baltimore, Maryland, Lexington, Kentucky, and in Arkansas.
